The products that Town & Country Homecare Mobility sell are not toys and are supplied by us to be used for the purpose they were manufactured for. We accept no responsibility for misuse of these products.
How to Order
Orders can be placed 4 ways – online, at our shop premises, via the post or by telephone. When placing an order for products it is important to have all the correct information, please ensure you have measured the affected body part correctly. All orders are subject to availability.
Availability
If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or phone within 2 working days.
Method of Payment
We accept the credit and debit cards as indicated on the homepage. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Payment can also be made by cheque for telephone orders. Items will only be dispatched once the cheque has been received. Please have your method of payment details on hand when ordering.
Delivery Charge
There will be no delivery charge in our “Free local delivery area” when you spend £50 or more (see our “Delivery Area” page). Invoices below £50 in this area will incur a £6.25 surcharge as will all orders from outside of the free area.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
Sometimes it may be difficult to purchase a product over the internet, especially when you can only see a picture and description of a product. We therefore offer a seven day money back guarantee. It’s very straightforward, if you do not like the goods please arrange to send them back to us for a ‘no quibble' refund. (Please note the refund does not include the delivery charge). The seven days start from the day the goods are received. The only stipulation is that we receive the request for a refund in writing preferably as an email, and that we receive the goods back in the condition they arrived with you, repacked into the box/packaging they arrived in. If returned goods are not repacked properly by the customer they may incur a 20% repacking/restocking charge. After examination of returned goods refunds will be credited within 30 days.
Exchange of Product
We will exchange the product for a different size subject to the returns stipulation above, but delivery may be recharged.
Returning Items by Mail
Package the return securely in the original package and include the delivery note. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Warranty Information
All the items in our online shop have a manufacturer's warranty which is passed directly to the customer. We have no control over the terms of the warranty. If your product is faulty on delivery we will refund the purchase, subject to our returns policy. Complaints
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. Your complaint may be emailed to via our "Contact Us" page on this site or posted to us at the above address, or telephone the on 01580 761743 from 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Saturday (& Sundays during the summer months). Our company policy is to treat any complaint with the utmost importance.

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose or divulge this information to others.
