Surveys are completely free and without any obligation to buy anything. An Acorn surveyor will only come round if you specifically request it, during which time they will accurately measure your stairs and assess your specific individual requirements in the comfort of your home. Once your staircase has been surveyed, you will be given your own free, fixed written quotation. It is then entirely your decision - in your own time - whether to buy or not.
